THE GIG:
Thrills is on the lookout for Retail Assistants at our Miranda Store.
At Thrills, the pace is fast, and no two days are the ever the same. We expect a lot and stakes are high, but the wins and rewards are second to none! Your unwavering passion for authentic and on trend fashion, sustainability, and endless dedication to the investment in your people, are assets you will bring to this role. • Natural passion and enthusiasm for customer service, with the ability to create a relaxed and enjoyable shopping environment
• Outstanding organisational and time management abilities
• An ability to deliver against KPIs, particularly sales figures and conversion targets
• Excellent communication skills
