Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Supervisor to lead day-to-day operations within a fast-paced distribution centre (DC) environment. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys being on the floor while also managing people, systems, and priorities.

·       Lead, supervise, and allocate tasks to a warehouse team of 3-4 staff to ensure daily operational targets are met

·       Operate forklifts safely for container unloading, truck loading/unloading, and internal stock movements

·       Manage inventory accuracy using Cin7, Excel, and WMS systems, including regular stocktakes and discrepancy resolution

·       Oversee the unloading and loading of shipping containers, ensuring correct documentation and storage procedures

·       Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics, freight movements, and dispatch schedules

·       Manage customer delivery windows and service-level expectations

·       Be competent in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email systems for reporting, communication, and documentation

·       Ensure compliance with WHS, safety procedures, and company policies

·       Work closely with senior management to plan and prioritise daily and weekly workloads

·       Proven experience as a Warehouse Manager, DC Manager, or Senior Warehouse Supervisor – minimum 4 years

·       Background in fast-paced warehouse, distribution, or logistics environments

·       Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage warehouse staff

·       Current forklift licence and drivers licence (essential)

·       Experience with inventory management systems (Cin7 highly regarded)

·       Strong Microsoft Excel and general computer skills

·       Excellent organisational, problem-solving, and communication skills

·       Customer-focused mindset with a strong understanding of delivery timelines
