Client Services Officer

We're looking for a reliable, efficient and positive individual to join our Administration team.

About the Role:

In-office, full-time (Monday - Friday).

This position works alongside the firms' Partners and Accounting team to provide administrative support and client correspondence.

This role is suited to someone who is task-orientated, enjoys a busy routine and takes pride in maintaining an efficient workflow.

Training of our systems and processes will be provided; however, applicants must have prior experience in a similar role.

Salary reflective of experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficient completion of assigned tasks

• Client interaction and correspondence

• Handling and fielding phone calls including the ATO, ABR and ASIC

• Managing appointments, emails and scheduling meetings

• Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner; establishing and attending to their needs

• Processing mail, scanning and digital filing

• Ad-hoc administrative duties
  

About You:

• 2 years minimum administration experience

• Friendly and approachable, with a professional attitude

• Organised multi-tasker who is detail orientated

• Strong work ethic with the ability to adapt to new systems and processes

• Clear, efficient verbal and written communication skills

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications, in particular Word, Excel & Outlook

• Proficient computer skills to successfully understand and navigate in-office software

• Valid work rights in Australia
