We’re growing our Melbourne team, based in an impressive Collins Street office in the CBD, and are looking for Sales Consultants who love travel and are passionate about helping customers turn their holiday plans into unforgettable experiences. With a fun, social environment, regular team events, free tea and coffee and even beer on tap, there’s plenty to enjoy along the way!

About The Role

This is a phone-based sales role, where you'll speak with customers who have enquired about our travel packages, understand what they're looking for and help them find the perfect holiday.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Converting warm leads and enquiries into bookings

• Connecting with customers over the phone and building genuine rapport from the first conversation

• Understanding customer needs, preferences and travel plans to recommend the right holiday package

• Providing expert travel advice and tailored recommendations to create a personalised sales experience

• Managing your sales pipeline and following up on enquiries to maximise conversion

• Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs

About You:

• A true travel lover - maybe you’ve worked in the industry, backpacked, or explored the world yourself

• Proven sales experience, ideally in a target-driven or phone-based environment

• Excellent spoken English and confidence communicating with customers over the phone

• Motivated by hitting targets and delivering results

• Confident and engaging, with a natural ability to build rapport

• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills

• A team player with a positive attitude and great energy

What We Offer:

• $70,000 - $80,000 base salary + super (base salary on experience)

• Uncapped commission with the opportunity to earn up to $120,000 OTE for top performers

• Full-time, Monday-Friday role (no weekends!)

• Hybrid role - 3 days in the Melbourne office, 2 days from home
