Since 2007, BlueFit has established itself as a national leader in aquatic and recreation management, driven by a mission to inspire community activity through genuine local partnerships. With almost 70 sites and more than 2,500 employees, we are growing fast. We’re looking for two People Experience champions, one in Melbourne and one in Sydney, who are ready to hit the road and shape the future of our workforce.

The Role: Beyond the Desk

You’ll be site-facing and mobile, partnering directly with Facility Managers and Leadership teams to turn people strategy into local action. Whether you’re coaching a manager through a tough conversation or leading the people-side of a new site acquisition, you are the primary advocate for our team’s experience on the ground.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Coach & Elevate: Turn managers into leaders by providing expert coaching and talent development.

• Navigate Change: Lead the people charge on site transitions and new acquisitions, ensuring our culture stays strong during growth.

• Expert Advisor: Be a go-to for employee relations, industrial legislation and performance management.

• Culture Champion: Spend time on-site to foster engagement and ensure our Values show up every day in the BlueFit way.

• Innovate & Automate: Help us evolve our processes and digital tools to enable a seamless employee journey.

• Data-Driven Strategy: Use people analytics to spot trends before they become issues and implement solutions that actually work.

Are You The One?

You’re a commercially-savvy P&C pro who thrives in dynamic environments. You don't wait for a roadmap; you build one. You are as comfortable discussing high-level strategy with the National Manager as you are chatting with a lifeguard about their career goals.

The Essentials:

• The Experience: Proven track record as an HR Generalist/BP, ideally in a fast-paced, multi-site environment (Retail, FMCG or Leisure).

• The Expertise: Strong grip on Employee Relations (ER) and the ability to translate industrial agreements into plain English.

• The Drive: You’re a hands-on practitioner who loves being visible. You have your own car and are ready to use it (with a vehicle allowance provided, of course).

• The Credentials: Tertiary qualified in HR, with (or willing to get) CPR, First Aid, and WWC certifications.
