About the role
Interseed Ltd is a non-profit organisation located in Morayfield that focuses on community transformation, child care, and sustainable education through local church and community partnerships. Interseed Ltd operate the Carmichael Kids Early Learning Centre, Carmichael Kindy, Carmichael Outside Hours School Care, Carmichael Tuckshop and Creekside Café.
The Executive Assistant to the Head of Operations will be responsible for providing a high level of administrative and organisational support to the Head of Operations. The Executive Assistant will be a key member of our team and will work collaboratively with a range of managers within the organisation, and liaise with external stakeholders such as community groups and government departments.
Key duties include:
General administration duties such as filing, scanning documents, and following up delegated actions as appropriate.
Ensure effective diary management for the Head of Operations including coordinating meetings, booking meeting rooms, coordinating IT requirements, and catering.
Produce correspondence to staff, parents and community organisations as required.
Maintain and monitor email correspondence with staff, parents and outside organisations.
Conduct, prepare and report data analysis to prepare documents for briefing reports.
Prepare communications and notifications, website and social media updates, and support with missional impact newsletters.
Coordinate organisation-wide mandatory training, including First Aid, CPR, asthma and anaphylaxis, and other required training.
Coordinate procurement support, including purchasing stationary, office supplies and general consumables.
Uphold the Christian values of our faith based community.
About You:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a high level administration role.
High level of communication and administration skills.
Commitment to quality outputs and competent in information technology.
Demonstrated initiative, self-management, and ability to meet deadlines.
Maintains confidentiality.
Ability to solve problems and generate workable solutions.
High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Current ‘blue card’ Working with Children Check.
Current First Aid.
Demonstrated Christian commitment through active involvement in a Christian church is desirable.
