Are you the person who keeps an office running like clockwork? We want you. We're after a proactive, down-to-earth Office Manager to be the heartbeat of our Cairns based construction client. Part reception, part right-hand support to our Team Leader, all-round go-to person.  

    What you'll do:

• Run the office day-to-day (reception, mail, supplies, maintenance)
• Support our Team Leader with diaries, travel, correspondence and more
• Greet clients, visitors, suppliers and subcontractors
• Jump in wherever needed — no two days are the same

What you'll bring:

• Office Manager / EA / Senior Admin experience
• A can-do attitude and sharp organisational skills
• Confident Microsoft Office skills
• A friendly, professional, roll-up-your-sleeves approach
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• A down to earth, fun, friendly and professional approach to your work
