Cabinet Maker - Wardrobe Installer

Due to continued business growth, we are seeking an experienced and motivated wardrobe Installer to join our tight-knit site team.

About the role

We are looking for a reliable team player with strong attention to detail and a genuine passion for quality workmanship.

In this role, you will be required to:

• Measure wardrobes from plans and on site

• Install wardrobes, shelving and associated hardware

• Work autonomously to complete installations to a high standard and within required timeframes

• Read and interpret plans, elevations and specifications

• Liaise professionally with customers, builders and internal team members

• Maintain a clean and safe worksite

• Assist with warehouse duties as required, including the preparation of materials for installation

This is a site-based role offering above award wages, good working conditions and long-term job security. The position is based from our Lonsdale facility.

About you

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in wardrobe, cabinetry or joinery installation

• A strong eye for detail and quality workmanship

• Well-developed communication and customer service skills

• The ability to work independently and solve problems as they arise

• The ability to confidently read and interpret plans and elevations

• Strong time management skills

• A current White Card

• A current driver's licence

• A positive, hardworking and reliable attitude

A Certificate III in Cabinet Making is preferred; however, highly experienced candidates without formal qualifications will also be considered.
