An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part-time member to join our team at Greg Neill & Son Fine Jewellers. 

About the Role
As our Diamond / Sales Consultant, you will be offering top-tier service and creating a warm, memorable experience for every customer. Whether it’s an engagement ring, anniversary gift, or “just because” moment, you’ll be helping customers mark milestones in style.

Key Responsibilities

• Guide clients through their jewellery journey with expertise, care, and genuine enthusiasm

• Assist with custom designs and bespoke orders in our private diamond room

• Maintain a beautiful showroom presentation

• Book in customer repairs

• Contribute to a positive team culture and deliver a luxury-level experience

What We’re Looking For

• Retail/customer service experience (jewellery experience is a plus)

• Strong communication and people skills

• A genuine passion for fine jewellery

• Attention to detail and pride in presentation

• Reliable and flexible with availability (including weekends)

• Eagerness to learn and contribute to a supportive, high-performing team
