We work across the Eastern Suburbs, Inner City and Inner West, seeing patients in their homes and community settings.

Our team works with clients managing a wide variety of conditions including:

• Acute and chronic neurological conditions
• Respiratory conditions
• Orthopaedic presentations
• Strengthening and mobility programs
• Falls prevention
• Post-hospital reconditioning
• Chronic pain management

We create functional, achievable treatment sessions designed to help each client reach their goals and maximise their independence.
