GCP Solution Designer

We are looking for an experienced Solution Designer/Platform Engineer to join ourNetworks Data & Analytics team. You will play a key role in maintaining and evolving alarge-scale, cloud-native data platform built on Google Cloud Platform (GCP),supporting data ingestion, processing, and delivery at enterprise scale.
What You'll Work On Designing and building data lakehouse framework in Big Query while usingPython. Designing and building CI/CD pipelines from the ground up, including webhooktriggers, branch strategies, approval gates, rollback mechanisms, and multi-environment promotion (Dev , SIT, STG, PreProd , Production). Experience inGitlab is preferred. Architecting and delivering reusable platform frameworks and shared tooling fromscratch, not just maintaining them, including pipeline templates, metadata-driveningestion frameworks, and modular infrastructure stacks Managing Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform across layered cloudarchitectures Driving observability across the platform, dashboards, alerting, and monitoringusing Dynatrace and related tooling Ensure platform has no vulnerabilities e.g. MFA, Prisma, Nessus, PIAM, MFA,UAM, Encryption etc Supporting platform onboarding activities including security scanning setup,IAM/access provisioning, and connectivity requests (firewall rules, SFTP keymanagement, network routing between systems)
Key Skills: Hands on experience in Python and setting up data warehouse frameworkpreferably in native GCP tools. CI/CD: Proven, hands-on experience building CI/CD pipelines from scratch, notjust operating existing ones. Must have set up trigger configuration, branchprotection, environment promotion gates, and rollback strategies end-to-end(Cloud Build, GitLab CI, or similar)
 Framework Development: Demonstrated experience designing and buildingplatform frameworks from the ground up, reusable components, shared libraries,and templated tooling that engineering teams build on top of IaC: Terraform for provisioning and managing cloud infrastructure GCP: Working knowledge of core GCP services, Cloud Composer (Airflow),BigQuery, Pub/Sub, Cloud Run/Functions, Artifact Registry, Secret Manager Observability: Experience with Dynatrace or equivalent monitoring platforms;ability to set up alerting, dashboards, and pipeline health checks Platform Support: Experience onboarding teams onto platform services includingsecurity scanning, access management, and network connectivity/firewallconfiguration
Good to Have: Understanding of networking concepts, inter-system connectivity, firewall rules,proxy configurations, and data transfer protocols (SFTP, Kafka) Familiarity with Confluent Kafka or event-streaming platforms
