From the bedside to the courtside, we support people with disabilities to regain strength, build fitness and chase sporting dreams. 

We are looking for a driven and compassionate Exercise Physiologist to provide specialist, predominantly client-facing therapy and fitness services, tailored especially for individuals with spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy, acquired brain injuries, and neuromuscular conditions. 

This opportunity is a full-time position, working Tuesday to Saturday. 

What You'll Be Doing:

• Deliver tailored exercise therapy and fitness programs that support strength, function and independence. 
• Conduct initial assessments, create personalised programs, and adapt plans based on client needs and goals. 
• Collaborate closely with allied health professionals to ensure safe and effective outcomes. 
• Be part of a friendly, professional team helping clients reach their potential - physically and mentally. 

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology, or equivalent.
• Current NDIS Workers Screening (Yellow Card) and Working with Children Card (Blue Card), or the willingness to apply. 
• Membership and registration/accreditation with the relevant national bodies e.g. Exercise and Sports Science Australia (ESSA) or Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) and Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
• Current Medicare registration, or ability to attain. 
• Current drivers licence and willingness to drive Sporting Wheelies vehicles. 
• Experience developing and delivering exercise programs independently. 
• A passion for helping people, especially those living with a disability.
