About the role

The Warehouse Team Member will be responsible for ensuring all orders are accurately and efficiently picked, packed and shipped on a timely basis, reporting into the Logistics Supervisor.

Key responsibilities

• Print labelling for shipments, packages and load them onto carriers with a customer and cost-effective mindset

• Operate and manage material handling equipment such as forklifts, reach lifts, pallet jacks, dollies, and roll carts

• Pick and pack in a timely manner according to required ship dates

• Understand barcode technology and operate RF equipment as assigned

• Physically unload shipments in a timely manner from carrier containers into the warehouse

• Count goods received and inspect against packing slips to ensure accuracy and quality

• Stock put ways of goods into proper bin

• Cycle count as required by the company with a 95% accuracy target

• Maintain a presentable, clean and orderly work area

• Receive and process customer returns in a timely manner

About you

• Forklift License required

• Australian Working rights

• Experience with reach lifts and pallet jacks

• Experience with Salesforce and E10 desirable but not a requirement
