About the role

Falcon Bay Beach Cafe' is seeking an experienced Cook to join our vibrant and talented culinary team. As a Cook, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers at our beachside cafe. This full-time role is based in Falcon WA 6210.

What you'll be doing

• Preparing high-quality, creative dishes using fresh, locally-sourced ingredients

• Following established recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistent and delicious meals

• Assisting with menu planning and development to keep our offerings fresh and innovative

• Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment in the kitchen

• Collaborating with the front-of-house team to provide excellent customer service

• Adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations

What we're looking for

• Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role, preferably within the Hospitality & Tourism industry

• Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, menu planning, and cost control

• Excellent time management and multi-tasking skills to handle a fast-paced kitchen environment

• Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive, customer-focused work culture

• Passion for using high-quality, seasonal ingredients to create delicious, visually appealing dishes

• Food safety and hygiene certification
