ACCIONA Infrastructure delivers major transport, water and social infrastructure projects across Australia and New Zealand. Our Origination team drives the pursuit of new work, shaping bids for landmark projects from early market engagement through to contract award. You'll help build the pipeline that keeps our business at the forefront of the industry.

About Opportunity
As Senior Estimator, you'll lead the development of accurate, competitive cost estimates for major infrastructure tenders, reporting to the Senior Manager, Estimating. You'll take ownership of estimates from concept through to submission, working closely with engineering, design, commercial and delivery teams. You'll also mentor junior estimators and help shape the methodology and tools that underpin our bids.

Key accountabilities for the position will be:

• Develop cost estimates for major infrastructure tenders
• Lead quantity take-offs and cost forecasting
• Coordinate input across engineering, design and commercial teams
• Review subcontractor and supplier quotes for accuracy
• Identify and price project risk and opportunity
• Mentor junior estimators and support their development
• Present estimates and cost strategies to senior leadership

What capability & experience will you need to have:

• Degree in engineering, construction or quantity surveying
• Proven experience estimating on major infrastructure projects
• Strong knowledge of civil, structural or MEP scopes
• Skilled in estimating software and cost planning tools
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
