DB Dental Joondalup is seeking a highly organised, professional, and experienced Dental Assistant to join our friendly team on a full-time basis. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care and have at least 4 years of dental assisting experience, we'd love to hear from you.

About the RoleAs an experienced Dental Assistant at DB Dental Joondalup, you'll play an integral role in supporting our clinicians and delivering exceptional care to patients every day.This is a fast-paced and rewarding position where you'll provide both clinical and administrative support, assist during a wide range of dental procedures, maintain high infection control standards, and help create a welcoming and positive environment for patients.You'll be a valued member of a professional and collaborative team that genuinely cares about patient outcomes and each other's success.
Key ResponsibilitiesChairside assistance across a variety of dental proceduresPreparing treatment rooms and maintaining clinical presentation standardsInstrument reprocessing and sterilisation in accordance with infection control protocolsSupporting clinicians with efficient patient flow and treatment deliveryAssisting with administrative duties and patient communications as requiredContributing to a positive patient experience from arrival to departure
Skills & ExperienceEssentialMinimum 4 years' experience as a Dental AssistantStrong knowledge of infection control and sterilisation proceduresExcellent organisational and multitasking skillsHigh level of professionalism and attention to detailStrong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office applicationsOutstanding communication and interpersonal skills
DesirableExperience using Dental4Windows (D4W)Certificate III in Dental Assisting
