The Role

We’re seeking a Bell Services Captain at Crown Towers Hotel to lead driveway operations at Crown Sydney. In this fast-paced, guest-facing role, you’ll oversee valet, bell and door teams, ensuring smooth vehicle flow and exceptional arrival experiences.

Acting as the link between leadership and the frontline, you’ll coordinate guest arrivals, luggage handling and transport logistics, while maintaining a strong on-floor presence and supporting daily operations.

Some responsibilities of the role will include, but are not limited to:

Lead and support teams across valet, driveway and luggage operationsManage vehicle flow and ensure safe, efficient guest arrivals/departuresCoordinate VIP and group movements, transport and logisticsPartner with Front Office and hotel teams for seamless service deliveryCoach and develop team members to deliver five-star service

About you

You’re a confident leader with a genuine passion for service excellence and guest experience. You bring strong operational awareness, high attention to detail and the ability to coordinate a fast‑paced, guest‑facing environment.

You will also bring:

Experience in hotel guest services, valet or front office supervisionStrong leadership in fast-paced, high-volume environmentsExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsHigh attention to detail and guest focusUnrestricted NSW manual driver’s licence (essential)

To be considered, you must hold an unrestricted NSW driver’s licence with a clean record. As we operate 24/7, you’ll need full availability across a Monday–Sunday roster.
