Position Available: Full Time Quarry Manager – Berrigan, NSW

Mawsons seek an experienced professional for this key leadership role. Reporting directly to the Goulburn Quarries Regional Manager, this role will be responsible for overseeing site operations, including daily management, production, safety, operational development, and financial activities at our Fuzzards and Berrigan Quarries. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, have the ability to think on their feet, and have a willingness to be involved at a hands-on level when necessary.
Duties include
Manage efficient and productive quarry operations
Manage operations to production targets and product specifications
Manage site safety and oversee regulatory compliance
Manage and co-ordinate staff
Co-ordinate plant scheduling and production planning
Manage stock and plant & equipment requirements
Generate reports, manage budget and P&L
Assess equipment and production materials levels
Undertake site inspections and risk assessments
Be involved in marketing and sales efforts
Contribute to drill & blast and quarry development
Essential Criteria
Certificate IV Quarrying qualification or higher
Minimum 5 years relevant industry experience (desirable)
Professional maturity and strong customer service skills
A positive attitude, good work ethic and the ability to work in a team environment
Total commitment to work safety, quality and compliance
