About the role

We need a commercially minded manager to grow awareness, increase function and group sales, and coordinate memorable events across our venues. This hands-on Bathurst role combines creative marketing, proactive sales and strong organisation.

What you will do

·         Deliver venue marketing across digital, social, email, websites and in-venue channels.

·         Build function, corporate, community, tourism and group-booking opportunities.

·         Manage enquiries, inspections, proposals and follow-up through to conversion.

·         Coordinate functions and clear internal event handovers.

·         Track campaign performance, conversion, revenue and return on spend.

About you

You have relevant marketing, sales, functions or events experience, ideally in hospitality or tourism. You can build relationships, win business, manage digital marketing and stay organised across multiple priorities. A driver's licence and flexibility for occasional key events are essential; NSW RSA is desirable.
