About UsFor over 120 years, Hope Community Services has supported Western Australians affected by alcohol and other drug use, justice involvement, mental health challenges, and social disadvantage. We meet people where they are, with empathy, respect, and belief in their potential.
About the RoleAs a Diversion Officer, you’ll work directly with individuals referred through diversion and justice pathways, supporting them through case management, counselling, court support, and referral services.
You’ll collaborate closely with Youth Justice, courts, police, treatment providers, and community organisations to help clients reduce harm, address alcohol and other drug concerns, and reconnect with positive opportunities in their lives.
