HME / Mobile Plant Long Term Maintenance Planner

About The Role

We’re seeking experienced HME and Mobile Maintenance Planners to support long-term maintenance planning across a diverse mining equipment fleet.

You’ll develop structured maintenance plans for dozers, graders, loaders, haul trucks and ancillary mobile equipment, helping ensure upcoming work is properly scoped, resourced and ready for execution.

This opportunity would suit candidates who have previously worked as a Mobile Equipment Maintenance Planner, HME Maintenance Planner or Maintenance Planner within a heavy mobile equipment environment.

The role is available for an ASAP start and will initially be offered as a three-month contract.

Key Responsibilities

Developing long-term maintenance plans for heavy mobile equipmentPlanning maintenance activities for dozers, graders and loadersSupporting maintenance planning for CAT 789 and Liebherr T264 haul trucksPlanning work for service carts, water carts and ancillary mobile equipmentReviewing upcoming maintenance requirements and preparing work for executionCoordinating labour, materials, parts and resource requirementsMaintaining accurate planning information within the site CMMSWorking with maintenance and operational stakeholders to support fleet availabilityHelping improve planning quality and maintenance readiness across the mobile fleet

About You

Previous experience as an HME Maintenance Planner, Mobile Equipment Maintenance Planner or Maintenance PlannerStrong maintenance planning experience across heavy mobile equipmentExperience with CAT, Liebherr or Hitachi equipmentExposure to dozers, graders, loaders and mining haul trucksExperience planning maintenance for ancillary equipment such as service carts and water cartsJDE experience is highly regardedStrong organisational and stakeholder communication skillsAvailable to commence as soon as possible
