Flight Centre Future Team Leader – Follow your Brightness of Future!

Are you looking for your next adventure with Flight Centre Travel Group? This Future Team Leader opportunity will help you kick-start your leadership experience in a global business. If you’re currently a leader in one of our businesses, this is the perfect chance for you to diversify your leadership expertise!

In support to your Team Lader, you’ll have influence over the team environment you want to create in store and will work closely with your Team Leader in bringing your team to success.

Your contributions as Future Team Leader (In support to your Team Leader):

Maintain a One Best Way business including operating systems
Meet shop budgets and P&L expectations
Train your new-starters and provide ongoing development after their New Starter Training
Receive leadership training from our very own Learning and Development team who will help set you up for success
Create and contribute to a positive working environment
Motivate your team to reach their full potential
Model the way with Flight Centre Travel Group’s values of ownership, egalitarianism and irreverence
Be your team’s go-to person for all the curly questions

You’ll get to enjoy all the parts of being a Sales Travel Consultant as well as having influence over what kind of team you want to create and work in.
