The Plant Supply Co is a family-oriented business based in Kardinya, south of Perth, specialising in the supply, consolidation and distribution of plants throughout Western Australia. We work closely with a network of growers and suppliers, consolidating plants at our Kardinya facility and distributing them to customers from Geraldton through to Esperance. We also consolidate plants from multiple suppliers for distribution to Bunnings stores across both metropolitan and regional Western Australia. Our business is built around teamwork, reliability and providing an efficient service to our suppliers and customers.

Job Role

The Greenlife Yard Operator is responsible for receiving, sorting and consolidating plants, preparing pallets and trolleys, and organising orders for dispatch. This is a hands-on yard role working closely with drivers and the operations team to ensure plants are accurately and efficiently prepared for delivery.

Key Responsibilites

• Receive, unload, sort and consolidate plants from multiple growers and suppliers.

• Organise plants by customer, delivery route and destination.

• Prepare and build pallets and plant trolleys accurately for customer orders.

• Load and unload trucks and assist drivers with efficient dispatch.

• Check plant quantities and quality, reporting any shortages, damage or discrepancies.

• Maintain a clean, safe and well-organised yard and cross-dock area.
