Project Manager & Site Supervisor Opportunities

Newline Commercial is a Brisbane-based commercial contractor specialising in ceilings, partitions, plasterboard systems and carpentry for commercial construction projects.

Working with many of Queensland's leading builders, we deliver projects across retail, education, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors.

Due to continued growth, we are looking for experienced professionals to join our team.

• Site Supervisor

As a Project Manager or Site Supervisor, you will be responsible for delivering commercial construction projects from commencement through to completion. You will work closely with builders, subcontractors, suppliers and our internal team to ensure projects are completed safely, on time and to a high standard.

• Manage commercial construction projects and site activities.

• Coordinate labour, subcontractors and suppliers.

• Order materials and coordinate deliveries.

• Liaise with builders, clients, engineers and consultants.

• Attend site meetings and inspections.

• Monitor project progress and resolve site issues.

• Liaise with builders and clients regarding variations and project changes.

• Ensure works comply with drawings, specifications and quality standards.

• Maintain WHS compliance and site safety.

• Complete project documentation and reporting.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Supervisor in commercial construction.

• Experience in ceilings, partitions, plasterboard systems, carpentry or commercial fit-out projects will be highly regarded.

• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.

• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Current White Card.

• Current Australian driver's licence.

• Australian working rights.
