Marketing & CRM Specialist

The Marketing & CRM Specialist in this capacity will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of duties including supporting the CEO with marketing campaigns, branding, preparation and branding of policies, monitoring and updating of social media platforms on behalf of WLSSA and any other marketing or branding duties as requested by the CEO. The Marketing & CRM Specialist will also work on the implementation of the new AIIM Community Legal Software (AIIM).

• Develop, implement and evaluate integrated marketing and communications plans that support the organisation's service delivery, advocacy and outreach objectives.
• Ensure all marketing materials reflect a trauma-informed, culturally safe and client-focused approach appropriate to WLSSA's client base.
• Plan and manage the marketing budget, monitor spend and report on the reach and impact of campaigns.
• Develop messaging, positioning and promotional strategies to increase awareness of the Service's programs among women, referral agencies and the community.
• Monitor sector trends and community needs to identify opportunities to improve service reach and engagement.
• Manage digital communications channels including website, email, social media and community outreach materials.
• Develop, execute and monitor marketing programs across various channels as directed by the CEO.
• Prepare communications collateral, content, funder reports and impact reporting for internal and external audiences.
• Prepare, present and analyse data reports to support informed decision-making by management and staff.
• Draw on service, outcome and demographic data from the AIIM to develop funder reports, impact stories and communications content that demonstrate reach and outcomes.
• Use AIIM data and de-identified service/community data to inform outreach planning and campaign targeting, identifying under-served communities and referral gaps.
• Support internal communications and change management activity around the AIIM CRM platform rollout, in coordination with the project team.

• Ensure marketing and communications use of AIIM CRM/case management data complies with the Australian Privacy Act and client confidentiality requirements.
