Dental Receptionist - Orthodontics

🦷 Day-to-Day:

• Greet patients with a smile and help them feel comfortable and excited about their orthodontic journey

• Book appointments for new and existing patients with precision

• Help create and maintain processes that showcase our dedication to customer service, quality, and efficiency

• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure smooth communication and seamless workflows

• Handle administrative tasks with accuracy, including patient contracts (payment plans) and chart entries

• Manage phone and email inquiries in a prompt and friendly manner

• Maintain and update office manuals as needed

• Experience in the dental or medical industry will be a bonus, but not a deal-breaker – we're more interested in your passion for delivering exceptional customer service and your ability to learn quickly!

• You’re a natural at building rapport with people of all ages whether chatting with kids or adults, you know how to connect

• You have an eye for detail and love seeing tasks through to completion

• Teamwork is your thing, you thrive when collaborating with others and enjoy a fun, fast-paced environment

• Routine doesn’t scare you! You take pride in ticking off daily processes and staying organised

• You understand the importance of first impressions, impeccable personal hygiene and a well-groomed appearance are a must

• Hours: Full Time Monday - Friday 8:15am - 5pm

• No weekends or late nights! 

• Salary: negotiable depending on skills and experience.
