Join the team at an exceptional new luxury spa.
Grand Saddles Lodge is seeking talented, warm and passionate Spa Therapists to join our spa team as we prepare to open in October 2026.
Set within the beautiful surrounds of Mount White, this is an opportunity to become part of a new luxury spa from the beginning and contribute to its long-term success as a valued member of the therapy team.
We’re looking for therapists with:
A nationally recognised Diploma of Beauty Therapy, Massage Therapy or Remedial Massage
Exceptional treatment skills and a genuine passion for guest care
Impeccable presentation and attention to detail
A warm, professional and team-focused approach
Previous luxury spa experience is highly valued but not essential.

The Company
The Grand Saddles Lodge is an intimate retreat bringing together 20 private villas, fine dining, an elegant piano bar and a restorative day spa. Set opposite the acclaimed restaurant The Homestead at Saddles, The Lodge offers thoughtful luxury, where genuine hospitality, exceptional food and the surrounding landscape shape every stay.
The Grand Saddles Lodge forms part of the John Singleton Group, reflecting a longstanding commitment to creating exceptional destinations that celebrate Australian hospitality, premium experiences and a strong connection to place.
