About the Opportunity

As our Structural Integrity Management business continues to grow, we are looking to connect with talented individuals who can contribute to the successful delivery of our scopes to support Oil & Gas operators, Ship owners and Renewable Energy projects in Australia and worldwide.

This EOI process will allow us to identify and engage with suitable candidates for upcoming opportunities.

We are inviting Expressions of Interest from experienced and motivated professionals who are interested in current and future opportunities within our growing Structural Integrity Management and Engineering support to Offshore Oil & Gas and Renewable Energy assets:

• Naval Architects

• Substructure and Topsides Structural Engineers

Successful candidates will possess:

• Relevant qualifications in Naval Architecture or Civil/Structural disciplines

• Relevant industry experience (from 2 years and up to Senior Positions) for their discipline

• Experience with hull, mooring or topsides on FPSO, semi-submersible platforms or jackets

• Experience with creating/updating/optimising inspection programs (prescribed or risk-based) and work packs, review of inspection reports, population of anomaly registers, and fitness for service assessments

• Ability to create and manage engineering scopes for reassessments and modifications 

• Strong problem-solving, project delivery, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills

• A commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• You must have the right to work in Australia

Desirable but not mandatory skills and experience:

• Knowledge of Rules of Classification Societies (ABS, Lloyd’s Register, DNV, etc.)  

• Structural anomaly rectification offshore or in a shipyard

• Structural repair work packs

• Corrosion assessment and prevention

• Unmanned (via drone or ROV) inspections

• Operational risk assessment

• Previous experience with or secondments to Oil & Gas operators 

• Hydrodynamic/motions/mooring/structural analyses using commercially available software

• New technology assessment and qualification

• Transportation and installation of offshore structures

• Marine Warranty Surveys
