About the role

Ammon Leather is looking for an experienced Qualified Motor Trimmer to take a leading role in operating our Melbourne branch. This is an opportunity to become a key person in the Melbourne operation, with the potential to become Branch Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out high-quality automotive trimming and leather upholstery

• Manage daily workshop jobs and workflow

• Install leather seats and automotive interiors

• Maintain excellent quality and finishing standards

• Coordinate with Sydney head office

• Manage materials, tools and workshop organisation

• Work independently and take ownership of the Melbourne branch

• Help lead and grow the Melbourne operation

About you

• Qualified or highly experienced Motor Trimmer

• Strong automotive upholstery and leather experience

• Excellent attention to detail

• Reliable, organised and self-motivated

• Able to work independently

• Leadership or workshop management experience highly desirable

• Australian driver's licence required

• Basic to intermediate computer skills
