Registered Nurse

About the role

We are looking for an experienced nurse who can confidently manage a range of clinical duties and support our doctors in delivering high-quality primary healthcare services. You'll be working in a modern, fully equipped medical centre alongside a dedicated team of GPs, allied health professionals, and administrative staff.

Key responsibilities

• Perform Iron Infusions safely and efficiently.

• Conduct Health Assessments and Chronic Disease Management Plans.

• Administer Immunisations for both adults and children.

• Assist in minor procedures and wound management.

• Coordinate patient recalls, reminders, and follow-ups.

• Support accreditation, infection control, Cold Chain Management and clinical compliance processes.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.

• Maintain RACGP Standards requirements up to date.

About you

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (RN).

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a General Practice or Primary Care setting.

• Proficient in Best Practice or similar clinical software (preferred).

• Strong communication, teamwork, and organisational skills.

• Commitment to patient-centred care and clinical excellence.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Private practice: 1 year (Required).

• Venipuncture and canulation qualified
