We are currently looking for two highly motivated and enthusiastic Support Officers to fill permanent roles within the Greater Shepparton City Council’s Building, Planning and Compliance Department.

These roles have a broad range of responsibilities, including:

• Providing prompt and efficient administrative support to the Building, Statutory Planning, Strategic Planning, and Compliance Teams within the Building Planning and Compliance Department.

• Maintaining accurate building, planning, local laws and parking enforcement related records and attending to a range of administrative support tasks in a detailed, friendly and efficient manner.

• Working effectively and efficiently in a flexible team environment to fulfil the administration, building, planning, local laws and parking enforcement and other support requirements of the department.

• Providing quality customer service to both internal and external customers.

Experience in office support and administration in local government or a related field, is desirable.
