The Role
Our client is looking for a capable Civil Design Engineer with 2-4+ years of design experience to join their team on a full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical engineering advice on a diverse range of industrial, commercial, and retail projects.Develop concept and detailed engineering designs, including hardstands, car park levels, pavements, stormwater networks, onsite detention systems, treatment systems, roof drainage, and associated infrastructure.Prepare design drawings and construction documentation using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Liaise with Councils and local authorities to obtain relevant design approvals.Coordinate with consultants, builders, developers, and clients to ensure the smooth and timely delivery of projects.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (preferred), or another relevant engineering qualification.2-4+ years of consulting experience working on industrial, commercial, and retail projects.Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D.Strong technical knowledge and a sound understanding of Australian Standards and local Council requirements.Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.The ability to work independently while demonstrating initiative, accountability, and a willingness to learn and develop professionally.
