Store Manager - Elite Eleven Parramatta

Come along and be apart of the EE journey! We are looking for a Store Manager to take on our Parramatta store. • You're passionate about excellent customer service and the retail industry

• You have great organisational, analytical, and management skills

• You're a leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help our team members succeed

• Proven ability to achieve sales, wages, KPI’s & stock loss targets

• Experience in retail

Some duties include:

• Rostering your team in line with store’s trading hours

• Adhering to the company values

• Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales

• Keeping the staff engaged and motivated

• Working alongside your team members to ensure great customer service

• Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity

• Create a safe working environment for your team and customers

• Driving sales targets/promotions with your team and customers
