The Opportunity
To support our continued growth, we have added an additional headcount for a Product Specialist to join our Biosurgery team in VIC. Based in Melbourne, you will be responsible for building trusted relationships with Surgeons across multiple specialties, Nurses and key Hospital stakeholders, driving the adoption of our innovative Biosurgery solutions across your territory. Combining commercial expertise with clinical education, you will play a critical role in helping our customers deliver better patient outcomes.
The Responsibilities
Driving Sales Growth & Market Share: Developing strong clinical relationships and executing account-based plans to achieve sales targets, expand market share and identify new business opportunities within your territoryPartnering with Healthcare Professionals: Building trusted relationships with Surgeons, Nurses and Hospital stakeholders to support product adoption and deliver value to customersDelivering Clinical Education & Training: Coordinating and providing product education, in-service training and professional development programs that support customer needs and improve patient careManaging Territory Operations & Inventory: Supporting inventory management, contract opportunities, forecasting and account planning to ensure exceptional customer service and business performanceCollaborating & Maintain Compliance: Working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives while adhering to healthcare compliance requirements, company policies and industry standards
About You
Proven hospital sales experience within medical devices and preferably experience working in the operating theatre environment, with the ability to drive product adoption and commercial growthStrong relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage Surgeons, Nurses, Procurement teams and other Healthcare ProfessionalsExcellent communication, presentation and clinical education skills, with confidence delivering product training and in-service programsAbility to understand and communicate scientific, clinical and medical technology concepts effectively, is highly organised with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong collaborative nature to work as a team, self-starter with the ability to function independently as a field-based representative
