Experience in building maintenance
Understanding of OH&S, Fire and Evacuation legislation
Ability to handle a range of maintenance tasks, tools and equipment
Willingness to assist with occasional after hours work
Strong communication skills and respect for residents and colleagues
Ability to work independently and make cost and prioritisation decisions
Genuine empathy and leadership to inspire your team
Tech savvy with digital record keeping and communication tools
Strong problem solving and time management skills
You will lead maintenance operations ensuring both preventative and reactive tasks are completed efficiently while minimising contractor use. Supported by the Maintenance Manager WA, General Manager of Property and Property and Procurement Officer, your work week is Monday to Friday.
