Success Visa is a busy, well-established migration practice with offices in Parramatta/Toongabbie and Melbourne, Werribee and Chandigarh (India). We help individuals, families and employers navigate Australia's visa system every day.

About the role

This is an in-house, full-time role, Monday to Friday, based at our Parramatta/Toongabbie office. You'll work alongside our Migration Agent and Senior Migration Agent, so there's support and mentoring on hand as well as room to run your own files. We're looking for an experienced Registered Migration Agent who can run great consultations and manage a caseload end to end.

What you'll do

• Run initial consultations - assess eligibility, explain visa pathways clearly and convert genuine enquiries into engagements

• Manage your own caseload across skilled, employer-sponsored, partner, student and visitor visas, etc

• Prepare and lodge applications through ImmiAccount, draft submissions and respond to requests for further information

• Keep clients updated and every file compliant with the Code of Conduct

• Support the team with referrals, agent partners and client follow-up

What you'll need

• Current MARA registration, or eligibility to register

• Demonstrated experience in the migration industry

• Strong consultation skills: you can read a client's situation quickly, give accurate advice on the spot and be persuasive without overpromising

• Sound working knowledge of the Migration Act, Regulations and current policy

• Excellent written and spoken English; a second language is an advantage

• Confident with ImmiAccount and file management systems
