Ramsay Health Care is seeking an experienced and commercially focused Director of Finance to lead the financial strategy and performance of Ramsay Private Hospital, National Capital in Canberra. Having recently joined the Ramsay network, this is an exciting time to come on board and play a key role in shaping the hospital’s next chapter. Reporting to the CEO, you’ll partner closely with the executive, clinical and operational teams to drive financial performance, support the hospital’s integration into Ramsay and identify opportunities for sustainable growth. This is a genuine opportunity to shape the financial future of the hospital, strengthen its foundations and contribute to its ongoing growth, while supporting Ramsay’s commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.

Ramsay Private Hospital, National Capital is a leading private healthcare facility providing a broad range of acute and specialist services to patients across the ACT and surrounding regions, including southern NSW, the NSW South Coast and the Riverina. Recently joining the Ramsay Health Care network, the hospital offers 148 beds, eight operating theatres, a catheterisation laboratory, Intensive Care Unit and Coronary Care Unit.
