Customer Service Representative

Metroll is a trusted name in the Australian construction and manufacturing industry, supplying roofing, cladding, rainwater, structural and fencing products across the country. We are currently seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team at Pakenham and play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional support and ensuring a positive customer experience from enquiry through to order fulfilment.

Working closely with the sales, production and operations teams, you will assist customers with product enquiries, quotations, order processing and delivery coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email and face to face interactions
• Prepare quotations and process customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide product information and support to customers, builders, contractors and trade partners
• Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of orders
• Manage customer records and maintain accurate data within company systems
• Resolve customer issues and enquiries in a professional and timely manner
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Assist the sales team with administrative and customer support activities

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, internal sales, administration or a similar role
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
•  Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
• Experience within manufacturing, construction, building products or industrial industries will be highly regarded
