Service & Scheduling Coordinator – Pest Control

As our Service & Scheduling Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for keeping the day-to-day schedule running smoothly across our growing team of pest control technicians.

You’ll manage a high volume of incoming calls, book new and existing customers, coordinate technician schedules, respond to customer enquiries and make sure jobs are scheduled efficiently across Wollongong and the Illawarra.

You’ll also use our CRM and scheduling systems to maintain accurate customer records, update jobs, manage recurring services and communicate important information between customers and technicians.

This is a fast-paced role where plans can change throughout the day, so we’re looking for someone who is extremely organised, confident making decisions and comfortable managing multiple priorities at once.

A strong understanding of Illawarra suburbs and travel times is important, as efficient scheduling and routing of our technicians is a major part of the position.

Previous pest control experience is not required. We can teach you our services and systems. What we’re looking for is someone with excellent organisation, communication, customer service and computer skills who can take ownership of the role as Premier Pest Control continues to grow.
