About the role
Are you an experienced leader who thrives in a fast-paced operational environment? We’re looking for a proactive Operations Supervisor to join our growing team and play a key role in delivering projects safely, efficiently and to the highest standard.
As the link between management, admin, field crews and clients, you’ll ensure resources, people and equipment are coordinated to keep projects running smoothly from start to finish.
About the RoleReporting to the Managing Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day coordination of multiple projects while supporting our field teams to achieve outstanding results.
Key Responsibilities· Coordinate daily operations across multiple projects and crews.
· Plan and allocate labour, plant, equipment and materials.
· Liaise with clients, subcontractors and suppliers.
· Supervise field staff and provide leadership and direction.
· Monitor project progress, productivity and budgets.
· Ensure compliance with WHS, environmental and quality requirements.
· Resolve operational issues and keep projects on schedule.
· Complete timesheet approvals.
· Promote a positive safety culture and high-quality workmanship.
About You· Previous experience in an Operations Supervisor, Project Supervisor or similar leadership role.
· Strong organisational and planning skills.
· Excellent communication and people management abilities.
· Ability to work under pressure and manage competing priorities.
· Experience coordinating crews, plant and subcontractors.
· Sound computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
· A strong commitment to safety, quality and customer service.
· Construction, civil, environmental or waste industry experience is highly regarded.
