Randwick City Council is an innovative and progressive Council committed to serving our vibrant community on the eastern beaches of Sydney. Our Recreation Business Services team is seeking a Unit Lead Aquatic Programs.
Purpose:
Provide effective leadership of the swim school and its programs, including a safe environment for all children engaged in swim school, programs and creche.
About the role:
Manage and continue to develop the overall swim school program, to ensure that the use of the facility is maximised and the needs of different user groups are met.
Achieve annual budget revenue targets for the Learn to Swim program whilst achieving a consolidation rate of above 4
Oversee the effective operation and ongoing development of the Randwick Swim Club, Crèche, birthday party program, and school aquatic programs, ensuring high-quality service delivery and positive customer experiences.
About you:
Tertiary qualification in relevant field and or equivalent experience
Extensive technical knowledge and successful experience in leading swim school programs
Demonstrated experience in achieving Income budgets
