You will be supported by:

. A hands-on owner operator familiar with the role

About the role

·         The role is based partially in our Cannington office with flexibility to work from other locations.

·         Our business hours are 9:00 – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday.  

·         Initially working with the owner to transition day to day accounting tasks like payroll, managing bank accounts, reconciliations etc. from their responsibility to the new role.

. Building out a new inventory management function in Xero

. Producing reports and working with the team on creating and reviewing budgets.

About you and your skills

·         Ability to work autonomously, implement best practices and have good problem-solving skills.

·         Minimum of two-year experience in a similar role.

·         Ability to communicate effectively with staff and director.

. Proficient in accounting platforms with an emphasis on Xero.
