About the role
The Queensland Council of Unions (QCU) is Queensland's peak trade union body, representing affiliated unions and approximately 400,000 workers across the state.
We are seeking an organised and enthusiastic Administration Officer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys providing high-quality administrative support while contributing to an organisation that works every day to improve the lives of working Queenslanders.
As our Administration Officer, you'll be the welcoming face of the QCU and play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly. You'll provide reception and administrative support, coordinate meetings and events, assist with document preparation, maintain office systems and work closely with staff, affiliated unions and external stakeholders.
You will have:
Experience in a union, membership or not-for-profit organisation, or coordinating meetings and events, will be highly regarded.
