About the role

Sydney Cigar House is seeking a polished, Mandarin-speaking Luxury Cigar Sales Assistant to act as a lifestyle consultant for our discerning market. You will deliver exceptional, bespoke service to an elite clientele, with a specialized focus on assisting Mandarin-speaking patrons in our Sydney CBD boutique.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional, bespoke service to an elite clientele, with a specialized focus on assisting Mandarin-speaking patrons

• Maintain expert product knowledge to guide clients through curated selections of global brands like Davidoff and Arturo Fuente

• Process high-value transactions accurately while introducing clients to premium accessories and luxury lifestyle pairings

• Assist with high-end merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining an immaculate, boutique-style store presentation

• Contribute to a sophisticated, positive, and collaborative team environment that reflects a world-class brand

About you

• You must be firstly fluent in spoken English

• And also fluent in spoken Mandarin

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a polished, professional, and welcoming demeanor

• Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays to cater to our premium lifestyle market
