We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Marketing Manager to join the close-knit and supportive team at Casula Mall on a Part Time (30 hours) per week, 13-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Centre Manager, you'll play a key role in bringing the centre's marketing plan to life, driving customer engagement, supporting retailer success and contributing to the ongoing performance of this thriving community shopping centre. You’ll also have the opportunity to collaborate with our team at Northbridge and Randwick, to support with digital marketing initiatives.

You will make an impact by:

• Delivering the centre marketing plan
• Assisting with development of next year's marketing plan
• Managing digital marketing activities including EDMs, social media and competition platforms
• Working with external agencies on content delivery
• Retailer engagement and relationship management
• Incident communications when required
• Reporting and interpreting marketing performance data
• Collaborating with the national marketing team and internal stakeholders

About You

You are an experienced shopping centre marketer who can hit the ground running in a busy, community-focused retail asset. You bring strong retailer engagement skills, digital marketing capability and a genuine understanding of what drives customer and retailer success within a shopping centre environment. Practical, adaptable and relationship-focused, you enjoy variety and can confidently manage day-to-day marketing delivery while working closely with centre teams, retailers and the broader marketing function.

You will bring:

• Tertiary qualification in Marketing, with a passion for Digital Marketing
• 5+ years' experience within Retail Marketing  
• Shopping centre / retail property marketing experience
• Strong understanding of community or sub-regional retail centres
• Confident engaging face-to-face with retailers
• Strong digital marketing capability
• Comfortable managing competing priorities and wearing multiple hats
• Able to manage low-level conflict and retailer issues professionally
• Exceptional stakeholder management, communication and influencing skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
