Truck Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Truck Driver to join our team in Canberra, ACT.

Truck Driver

• Must be able to drive Road Ranger

• Heavy Rigid Beavertail Truck - transporting loads of generic plant up to 12 tonnes

• Machinery experience - loading and unloading

• Assisting with general tasks including loading/unloading materials, site cleanup, and traffic control

• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental policies and procedures

• Working as part of a collaborative team to deliver high-quality construction outcomes

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

• Casual position with opportunities for progression for the right candidate
  

What we're looking for

• A valid and current HR driver's licence

• Current Asbestos and Silica Awareness training

• Strong knowledge of work health and safety requirements in a construction environment

• The ability to work effectively as part of a team and follow instructions

• Good communication and problem-solving skills

• A commitment to quality, safety, and environmental best practices

• Experience driving MC and HC vehicles will be highly regarded
