Location: Caboolture, QLD
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Employment Type: Full-Time
Auscamper Group is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery & Quality Control Technician to join our Caboolture existing team.
This role is responsible for ensuring every camper trailer and hybrid caravans meets our quality standards before being delivered to its new owner. You'll play a vital role in maintaining our reputation by identifying defects, completing quality inspections, and ensuring every unit is presented to the highest standard.
Key ResponsibilitiesComplete comprehensive quality control inspections on all units prior to customer delivery.
Record and report any defects, damages or quality concerns to the Operations Manager.
Test and verify the operation of all key systems, including:
Water pumps
Roof lifting systems
Internal and external lighting
Battery management systems
Inspect workmanship to ensure a high standard of finish, including silicone application, fitment and installation quality.
Ensure all customer accessories, spare parts and inclusions are packed correctly.
Confirm each unit is clean, tidy and presentation-ready for customer handover.
Verify that all reported defects have been rectified before dispatch from the build shed.
Ensure all required electrical, gas and plumbing certifications have been completed and recorded.
Maintain accurate inspection records and communicate findings with the production and operations teams.
Assist in maintaining a safe, organised and efficient work environment.
You take pride in your work, have a sharp eye for detail and enjoy ensuring every job is completed to a high standard. You work well independently while also communicating effectively with the wider team.
Desirable ExperiencePrevious experience in one or more of the following is highly regarded:
Pre-delivery inspections or quality control.
Vehicle, caravan or camper servicing.
Vehicle detailing.
Using hand and power tools.
Basic 12V electrical knowledge (advantageous).
Monday to Friday roster – enjoy your weekends.
