HIGHLY EXPERIENCED DISABILITY SUPPORT WORKERS REQUIRED TO START NOW

Southern/Western Suburbs

We are currently seeking, experienced, reliable support workers who demonstrate strong resilience in a high-pressure role. Successful candidates will be confident and comfortable navigating and supporting clients who may express their needs in a heightened or verbally challenged manner due to their disability-related needs.

To be eligible to work for us, you must have the following requirements.

• NDIS Worker Check (Valid 5yrs)

• Certificate III in Individual Support/Aging/similar

• Provide First Aid HLTAID011 (face to face)

• Manual Handling – in relation to caring for people in the community (face to face)

• A Driver’s Licence and your own clean and roadworthy car

• Excellent communication - Must understand and speak fluent English, written and verbal

• Accurate record keeping skills

• 2 work-related referees

• Exceptional attention to detail

• Physically fit for the tasks

• Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions

• Outstanding work ethic

• Reliability & high commitment

• Good time management

• Current Visa (we do not Sponsor)

• FACE TO FACE CERTIFICATES in Medication Training, Bowel Care, Catheter Care, Diabetes Care & PEG feeding will be highly desirable
