Casual Warehouse & Admin Assistant – Thomastown

About the role

This is an ongoing casual position based in Thomastown, working approximately 10–12 days per month with flexible weekday/daytime hours. The role offers school and family-friendly scheduling, with days varying from month to month depending on workload. Busier periods generally occur when shipments arrive, with quieter periods towards the end of the month.

Key responsibilities

• Picking and packing customer orders

• Checking orders for accuracy before dispatch

• Labelling and preparing boxes

• Receiving and assisting with incoming stock

• General warehouse duties

• Keeping stock and work areas organised

• Occasional basic administration and computer work

About you

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong attention to detail

• Organised and efficient

• Can work independently when required

• Comfortable with basic computer and admin tasks

• Comfortable performing general warehouse duties and handling boxes

• Previous warehouse experience is an advantage but not essential — training will be provided

Pay rate is negotiable and will be based on the applicant’s qualifications and relevant experience.
