Position Summary 

Anytime Fitness Truganina is looking for a full time Business Development Specialist to join our team of experts. 

As a Business Dvelopment Specialist, you are an integral part of each and everything we do and are critical for member engagement and day to day operations of the club. From making potential and current members feel welcome the moment they step in our club, genuinely caring about our members health and fitness journey, and maintaining the operations of the club. 

Your success is important to us. You will work closely with the General Manager to: develop and upskill, and become a part of our long-term vision.

Key responsibilities:

• Ensuring the club is clean, safe and operating efficiently day to day
• Calling potential members  
• Servicing potential, new, and current members
• Meeting team targets and continually striving to improve
• Building rapport and generating leads for the Personal Trainers
• Making the club fun and enjoyable for the team and all club members
• Assist the General Manager 

This is a full-time position with evening availability required.

Qualifications and Experience 

• Previous Sales Experience (preferable)
• First Aid and CPR
• Working with Children check and Police Check 
• Be strong and critical for excellent customer service
• Self-motivated, willing to listen and learn to grow professionally and personally
• Proactive – offer opinions, feedback and new ideas in partnership with the management
• Take initiative and responsibility
• Passionate about health and fitness with a genuine care to help others 
• Be available mornings and evenings
